Integrative Counselling for Grief, Burnout & Life Transitions
The Studio Session is a three-hour, trauma-informed counselling experience for women at a crossroads—when something no longer fits, but clarity has not yet formed.
It offers time to slow down, make sense of what you are carrying and reconnect with your own capacity to decide what comes next. It may be helpful when grief, burnout, professional uncertainty or identity change feel too complex for a shorter appointment.
How I Work
My approach is reflective, relational and client-led. It brings together psychological understanding, nervous-system awareness and attention to the body, without pressure to perform or arrive with the right words.
The session may support you with:
-
grief, loss and emotional overwhelm
-
burnout and compassion fatigue
-
career or professional identity transitions
-
important decisions requiring clarity
-
periods of change when the old way no longer fits
What to Expect
Each session is shaped by what you bring on the day. There is time for thoughtful conversation, noticing patterns and body signals, and clarifying possible next steps—without being told what to do.
