I'm interested in what happens beneath the surface, in how people carry responsibility, grief and transition in their bodies, relationships and choices.
I've spent over three decades walking alongside people at moments of change when familiar ways of coping no longer hold and something quieter, steadier is needed.
My Approach
My approach is grounded, trauma informed and relational, shaped by decades of practice and a deep respect for how people come to understand themselves. I work calmly and collaboratively drawing on reflective conversation, attention to the body, personal meaning making and clinical intuition — supporting clarity and steadiness without rushing, fixing or imposing direction.
My work has evolved across social work, education, counselling and clinical supervision, shaped by lived experience and professional leadership.
I hold a deep belief that meaningful change happens when people feel steady enough to listen to themselves again. At The Studio, I offer a calm, reflective space where insight becomes clarity, and clarity becomes grounded action. .

I support people who are navigating moments of change, uncertainty or responsibility both personally and professionally.

Why The Studio
I created The Studio because I once needed what I now offer.

A place where your body, your story, and your pace are respected.
A place where insight doesn't rush ahead of readiness and change is allowed to unfold steadily.
The Studio is a grounded, relational, reflective approach that supports meaningful change that lasts — because it integrates the whole of you: head, heart and gut.
